Supercharged Green Smoothie with Ginger

Ingredients:
1 cup of filtered water
1 small banana
1 small cucumber
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
Handful spinach, fresh or frozen
A small piece of ginger root
A handful of fresh cilantro or parsley
1 scoop Athletic Greens
How to make the smoothie:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
Notes: For an easy-to-digest smoothie, skip the ice and “chew” your smoothie, or eat with a spoon!
