Quick Notes:
Prep time: 5 mins
Method: Stovetop
Serves: 1
Allergens: GF / DF / VG / V
Ingredients:
1 tsp @hustle matcha powder
1 tsp @animamundiherbals ashwagandha
1/2 scoop @vitalproteins collagen
1/2 tsp @seedandmill tahini
1/2 tsp maple syrup
A dash of cinnamon
A dash of vanilla powder
2 Tbsp hot water
1/2 - 3/4 cup @malkorganics almond milk
How to make the matcha:
Whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth, add collagen, cinnamon, vanilla, and mix again.
Next, add the maple syrup, tahini, and plant milk of your choice.
Warm using a small saucepan over low heat, or milk frother of choice. I use our @nespressousa machine to warm/froth mine.
Notes: This recipe is loaded with benefits (see below)
Cinnamon: loaded with antioxidants is another great anti-inflammatory spice, easily incorporated into smoothies, oatmeal, baking, and more!! It’s also been proven to lower blood sugar and has a powerful anti-diabetic effect.
Ashwagandha: this adaptogen can help to balance hormones, support immune health, and lower stress (it's my daily not-so-secret weapon).
