Cacao Bliss Balls with Collagen and Goji Berries

Ingredients:


  • 10-12 dates, pitted and soaked

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • A small handful of goji berries

 

How to make the bliss balls:


  1. Place the pitted dates into a small bowl, fill with enough water to cover the dates, and soak until soft. Approximately 30 minutes.

  2. Pulse nuts, cacao nibs, sea salt, cacao powder, and half of the hemp seeds in a high-speed blender, or food processor until well combined.

  3. Slowly add the vanilla, soaked dates, collagen, and goji berries to the blender or food processor and pulse until the mixture forms a dough.

  4. Roll into bite-sized balls, coat with hemp seeds, and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm.

    Note: Bliss balls will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to one week - If they last this long!!
