Coconut Granola with Hemp Hearts and Buckinis

Eat Heal Move's coconut granola in small glasses with yogurt

Method: Oven

 

Ingredients:


  • 2 tbs activated buckwheat AKA buckinis

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt

 

How to make the granola:


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F

  2. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir well to combine.

  3. Spread onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15mins until golden stirring halfway, being careful not to burn. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

  4. Serve with seasonal fruit and Coco June coconut yogurt.
